Recently, Pakistan Railways stated that train rates for customers traveling during the approaching Eid-ul-Azha celebrations will be significantly reduced by 25%.
With the exception of special Eid trains, this discounted cost is available on all Pakistan Railways regular passenger trains. The program seeks to lower the cost of and increase the accessibility of rail travel for families commemorating Eid-ul-Azha nationwide.
The discounted rates are only available for brand-new reservations and are good for the full three days of Eid-ul-Azha. A representative for Pakistan Railways conveyed the company’s happiness with the fare decrease, underscoring its contribution to the company’s fulfillment of its mission to serve the people of Pakistan. They hope that by giving travelers more affordable and practical travel options, this reduction will improve their Eid celebrations.
In reaction to declining diesel prices, Pakistan Railways had already reduced fares for all train classes on May 21st. Passengers traveling shorter trips immediately benefited from this reduction; economy and AC classes saw the biggest savings.
